Section XIX: Chiropractic Services: Benefit effective January 1, 2013 The Plan will pay the Allowable Fee for evaluation and management office visits with licensed chiropractors.
1. The Member may receive manual manipulation of the spine, and x-rays to support the diagnosis of subluxation of the spine.
